We have been active in the recruitment industry for over 14 years. During this time, we have gained a lot of valuable experience, based on which we are ready to provide our partners with the highest possible level of services. Why EQIT? Our goal is to combine expertise with human approach and empathy.

Why were we founded?

We were founded as a response to the current situation on the IT recruitment and outsourcing market in Slovakia. We want to bring to this environment a combination of in-depth knowledge of recruitment and outsourcing processes, seniority, professional approach to business partners and candidates, but also empathy, understanding and a partner-friendly approach.
What do we believe in?

We believe that businesses and IT specialists deserve a partner in IT recruitment who prides themselves on professionalism, has a wealth of know-how and prioritises the needs of clients and candidates over their own marketing. We are confident that this approach will enable us to bring a new dimension to the quality of our service delivery and build long-term partnerships.
What is our vision?

Based on our more than 14 years of experience, we want to offer IT specialists and businesses in Slovakia a professional partnership in corporate IT recruitment and outsourcing, which is enriched with emotion and human approach.
